Optical and electrical characterization of thin films and some 3A-6A group semiconductors by using mainly X-ray diffraction, TL, TSC, Raman, Ellipsometry, PC, EDS, PL techniques.

Research Interests: Calculation of some dynamic quantities (damping constant, activation energy and specific heat) for the ferroelectric materials such as NaNO2, KH2PO4, BaTiO3, NH2SO4 and PbTiO3 at critical temperature. In addition, calculation of the theoretical phase shifts around critical temperature of these materials have studied.
