Research Interests: Deposition silicon-nitride and silicon-oxcide thin films using CVD and PECVD techniques. Embedded nanoparticles inside thin films. Optical and electrical characterization of thin films and some 3A-6A group semiconductors by using mainly X-ray diffraction, TL, TSC, Raman, Ellipsometry, PC, EDS, PL techniques.
